If it’s completely bad with online stores, look for local stores of radio components and ask them to bring them to order.
Something tells me that a little consultation on the topic is required.
Judging by the name, this is an MK for sticking into a socket, and the author of the question may have a desire to replace the processor in a certain board.
So, they are sold empty, the bare microcontroller does nothing to make it work, you need firmware and a programmer to flash it. You can't just replace it and fix the device.
