In what cases should I return the money to the buyer?

Hello, I'm making a game and it has digital goods like "Disable ads" "Set of game currency". And then I asked myself: In what cases am I obliged to return the money and in which I am not obliged? like, I understand that if a person bought coins and spent them, then I don’t have to return everything. Well, if with "disabling advertising" then how to be here and in general in what cases am I obliged to return the money?

As you write in your user agreement, so be it. Usually, for such purchases, money is not returned (or returned on an individual basis)
No refunds for in-app purchases are provided at all
