If you think I'm going to tell you her name, I'm sorry to disappoint you - thank goodness there isn't a pool of ready-to-use licenses for proprietary software that has accumulated for free software. Each small proprietor, as usual, writes a license himself, peeping at his colleagues - there is nothing super complicated in this.
