Is it necessary to license software / devices in the FSB when using well-known encryption algorithms?

There are several devices that communicate via WiFi (without encryption) or Bluetooth and transmit data signed by RSA (in principle, not the final solution, but I want to use something ready-made).
The data is purely technical and does not contain any personal data.
Commercial sale of devices and software is planned.
Is it necessary to obtain an FSB license for encryption? Are there options to bypass licensing, but not transfer data in the clear?

Firstly:
Secondly, in addition to the FSB, there is also the FSTEC

Decree No. 313 on encryption licensing...
3. This Regulation does not apply to activities using:
further significant supplier support and technical documentation (description of cryptographic transformation algorithms, interaction protocols, description of interfaces, etc.) for which is available;
Of course, I'm not a lawyer, but as I understand it, if you use the crypt built into the OS, then a license is not needed.
alternative excuse - key less than 56 bits, weak crypt.
