Tell me what could be the problem. Previously, it was possible to comment on any task without changing its status. And now, when we press the Edit button, it is possible to leave a comment (Note) only after changing its status.
I checked in the settings: all roles have the ability to leave / edit notes, all have a jackdaw. But no one works. Help, I did not notice after which such an opportunity disappeared. Put different plug-ins, changed the rights. But since the system was used inactively, they did not notice when such a feature disappeared.
