Is there a web-based RedMine solution?

I registered on www.redmine.org, I'm looking for the "Create a project" button - it's not there :(
I read the manuals, it says:
- "press the "Projects" button on the top left - it's there, clicked, then
:
- "click the" Create" button on the top right project "" - but it's gone...
What am I doing wrong? :(

There are many solutions based on Redmine, both paid and free, for example here . You can also register a demo or a paid solution with them. Look for "redmine hosting" for example.

And why did you get the idea that redmine developers will give you the rights to create projects in their redmine.
Download and install redmine at your place and already create projects as much as you like.

I didn’t take it from anything, I’m studying, I thought there was something like a cloud solution ...
If the only opportunity to install it at home, we’ll install it at home.
