Why doesn't authorization via LDAP (ActiveDirectory) work in Redmine?

Redmine 3.4.3.stable is installed on Ubuntu Server 16.4.
LDAP authorization settings:

Computer ad.mydomain.ru
Port 636
LDAPS V
Account
[email protected]
Password
•••••••••••••••
BaseDN DC=mydomain,DC=ru
LDAP Filter -
Timeout (in seconds) -
User creation on the fly V
Attributes Login attribute sAMAaccountName First
name givenName Last name sN email mail

The check in the redmine admin panel is successful. Requests to LDAP from the ubuntu console and a regular PC through LDAP Admin with the same details are successful.
Tried BaseDN = CN=Users,DC=mydomain,DC=ru. Tried without LDAPS with port 389. Also does not work.
When I try to log in under a domain account, I get: "Incorrect username or password."
Because of what it can be and what else can be diagnosed?

In redmine in administration, you need the module Authorization using LDAP - in the Computer, enter the IP address of the server, port without ldaps, account - domain\user

And this is how it works for me) Try to disable internal authentication again, maybe there is some conflict with account names.
