How to login to Ubuntu if there is no LDAP connection?

The question is, there is a computer on which I go through the LDAP server using my Login and Password.
The problem is that if sometimes the LDAP server is not available then it is not possible to login to Ubuntu.
How to deal with this, what options can be taken?

the simplest thing that comes to mind is credential caching.

Make sure that LDAP servers are always available.
Since LDAP servers are so unreliable - refuse centralized authorization.

Provide for the possibility of logging in with a local account in case of unavailability of ldap.

There is also an Option to correctly configure the LDAP infrastructure, namely - "To do this, we will configure two servers, configure multimaster replication between them and raise a moving IP address"
