Hello.
There is a server on CentOS 6, I recently installed a daemon on it that keeps the Selenium server open (facebook / php-webdriver), and today I encountered the fact that the server went offline, does not accept requests, I can not restart (there is only SSH and ISP access that do not respond), tell me what to do?

1) Make sure the server is really down. For Roskomnadzor does not sleep.
2) Contact the hoster/DC TP with the request described in paragraph 1.
3) If paragraph 1 is confirmed, ask the hoster/DC TP to restart the server.
