Impact of hidden negative feedback on your Upwork profile?

Hello! I am new to Upwork. A year ago, I had the imprudence to take the first contract with a person who stopped communicating about halfway through, I practically completed the work and waited for him to appear. After waiting a week, I decided to give up on Upwork because the first impression was rather negative - wasted time and a client who disappeared + money hanging in the air (there was no card yet).
After one year, I decided to return. Immediately noticed that a refund was made by my first client. As it turned out, about 2 weeks after he disappeared, he showed up and returned the money to himself, the upwork approved the return.
I reissued my profile, passed ID Verification, issued a Payoneer card, took my second project, which was successfully completed, received 5 * and a good review, I completed my profile 100%. I wanted to get Rising Talent and today I wrote to support in order to find out why they don't give it to me. And then, all of a sudden, technical support writes that I have a hidden negative feedback from the client, and for this reason I can’t get Rising Talent. As I understand it, this feedback is invisible to anyone.
I'm at a loss, I want to understand if the negative hidden feedback buried my profile, or is it worth continuing to search for projects, get good feedback and thereby improve the potentially spoiled Job Success?
Please advise.

Rising talent doesn’t really affect anything, it’s also not a sentence.
