If you download the game via torrent, and the download will eat all the traffic (6 MB / s), will the traffic on the phone be normal?
Are routers multi-threaded or is all traffic divided to all connected devices?

It is configured in the router settings.
Unfortunately, we can't see from here how you currently have it set up. Maybe the whole channel will score, or maybe not. It's easiest for you to just check it out.

Torrent clients allow you to limit the total devoured download speed.
Limit it to, say, 5 MB / s, and the phone will not notice the catch.
It would also be good to put some kind of ceiling just below your outgoing channel, too.
