I put the controller on the laptop, it does not see the point (No devices found), although the laptop is connected directly to it via Wifi.
Shared network 192.168.9.x, in the role of DHCP a third-party router at 192.168.9.1 (as I understand it, it is not important).
On a Windows 10 Pro 1803 laptop, the firewall is disabled, there are no antiviruses (except for the built-in one).
