How to enable IPv6 on your web service?

I read the news habrahabr.ru/blogs/internet/111824/ and I also wanted to participate in the action (so that later I don’t run in a panic when I press it). So how do you prepare your service for ipv6?

@bondbig

1) Obtain an ipv6 address from your ISP (you will be lucky if he has already implemented ipv6 in his infrastructure)
2) Configure this address on your web server

@MainNika

Tried ipv6 today on my VDS. But my VDS provider does not support ipv6. I found tunneling services (http://gogonet.gogo6.com/page/freenet6-services), registered, installed the package from the debian repository (install tspc; or you can download the gogoc client from their website in source form and compile), registered in configs myself and the broker server, turned it on - an interface appeared (sit1 Link encap: IPv6-in-IPv4) with an ipv6 address that pings from the home machine. I had to update nginx to support ipv6.

@kmeaw

ping 192.88.99.1
If the address pings and does so in a reasonable amount of time, then 6to4 can be used.
