Tell us, what are the options to implement a GUI for the browser and for the desktop without duplicating the code?
I wanted to use one module for the graphical interface both in the browser and on the desktop. Are there any projects in this direction?
Preferably OpenSource and C-like language.

HTML UI? Like Awesomium and the like, or even any embeddable browser like CEF.
