Is there a local chat with android and deleting messages?

We need a chat that can:
1. All that Whatsapp can do without video calls
2. Enter it by login / password
3. Inability to read messages without connecting to the server 4. The server must be
located on a local W2012 R2 server
generally available only for a certain period set by the sender, such as a week.

I tried to use ejabberd 16 and Xabber on Android, but I can't set up server history storage and file transfer. If anyone has a link to the instructions I will be grateful
