I saw a lot of questions about how best to arrange a studio, LLC or individual entrepreneur, but what if it is not registered at all?
Well, that is, I won’t work in my city yet, there will just be a site on which a group of freelancers will offer their services, in the future, you can expand and take shape, but for now I just want to try teamwork. Are there any problems with this?

нарушение налогового законодательства? Да, возможно, если получить доход и не заплатить с него налог. Наказание за нарушение? если поймают...
нарушение законодательства о предпринимательстве? см. предыдущий про наказани
такие, кстати,ловят контрольной закупкой
но вам самим станет некомфортно без оформления, как только начнете работать с более менее приличными заказами
