How to check if Windows products are licensed?

DD!
I am in Kazakhstan. Since the beginning of the year, the organization of the city where I am, began to receive "letters of advice" (and in fact warnings), and in parallel, calls, and my company is no exception. Letters come from Microsoft Kazakhstan with the content, I think, is understandable. Because Unfortunately, not everything is good with us, so several questions arose. Well, of course, I turned to the contacts from the letters and I can’t get simple and understandable explanations. Up to the point that they stopped answering my letters :(
Perhaps you can tell me something with my questions and explain to me (perhaps a stupid person) why they avoid me :)
I want to be ready for a possible check:
1. Basically, boxed versions of Windows 7 Pro were purchased for the entire PC fleet. I keep the boxes in a safe, understanding their importance, but the chief accountant didn’t understand their value and lost the docks to buy them (once I forced the docks to give up because it was necessary, then, it seems, it became unnecessary) ... It’s possible to restore the box: they took for a long time, in different places, where no one remembers. When checking, do I need to attach docks to buy Windows? I heard two opposite answers from two different people in Microsoft Kazakhstan. How to be?
2. Some equipment (POS-terminals, in fact monoblocks) were supplied with Windows 7 Pro. But there are no stickers on them, maybe you don’t need them? How to check their legality? Maybe there is software or something else?
3. One of these terminals has Windows XP PosReady, also without a sticker, from another supplier who assured that it was licensed, how can I check it too?
4. If the company has personal laptops of some employees. How to be with them?

1. Lack of purchasing documents is unpleasant, but not fatal. In addition to the documents for the purchase, these boxes must be on the balance sheet of the organization. Additionally, you can issue an order to assign licenses to employee workplaces. Boxed versions do not have stickers, since the license allows transfer to another system unit.
2. If it was an OEM version of Win7, then the sticker must be required. The requirement for OEM assemblers is to stick stickers in a prominent place on the case.
3. For PosReady, the sticker must be placed in any place accessible during service, or, in extreme cases, attached to the accompanying documents.
4. If these are personal laptops of employees and you can prove that you did not install any software on them, then there should be no problems.
