How to make a license agreement and privacy policy?

Hello.
How do you create a privacy policy and license agreement for your applications? I found several services/generators, but they are all related to websites, not mobile applications. Is there a difference? And if you look at examples of how it was done by others, then everywhere it was done for companies / legal entities, but I'm interested in how this agreement should look like if the developer is an individual. I would be grateful for any hints

If the application is commercial, then this is an area where you can easily get into trouble, so I would pay a lawyer to develop these documents. And if it’s non-commercial, then you need to write somewhere “I don’t carry out commercial activities, I don’t collect anything, I’m not responsible for anything, the application is provided as is and you use it at your own peril and risk.”
