We need another virtual machine, with Linux, for the runtime environment.
And instead of a virtual machine with Windows, it's better to take a separate hardware.
Why shared computer? Is it difficult to buy a laptop for a couple of thousand?
The idea itself is idiotic - if you are afraid that some of your files will be deleted, then collect them into one file (virtual disk), which can be deleted at the click of a button and, due to its size, will not even go to the trash ... in in general, yes, Monsieur still knows a lot.
Create a virtual machine - with a server on which the work will lie. Not with Windows, of course. Work with it as with a remote server from the same system. And then close ... well, and try to somehow explain to the rest what exactly these files with the virtual machine are, if anything, everyone will be called to death with the mouse.
