If I add RAM, will it be better?
Vidyuha - NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS 512 mb
Processor - DualCore AMD Athlon 64 X2, 2000 MHz (10 x 200) 4000+
Mother - Asus M2N32-SLI Deluxe
I have only 2GB of RAM. If I add another 2 GB, will it be better?

2 GB is very small for any modern OS.
Even on XP It was not very pleasant, but on 7-ke, also 64-bit, 4 is just the minimum to move.
RAM does not directly affect FPS, fps is more affected by video and processor, but if you do not have enough memory to fit the entire map and game in memory, you will not only experience fps drops, but even pauses during the game, up to several seconds . Well, the game itself and the map will take a long time to load.
Memory is cheap these days. I would advise to put 8 GB.

It will get better, and very likely much better. Only it’s better not to set +2, but to finish it up to 8.
At the same time, you can take 4 nuclear percents, if you don’t chase the top ones, it will be a penny right now.
And for a ruble and a half some video on auto, which will be noticeably better than the current one, and support normal acceleration of video decoding, and all sorts of useful things to speed up rendering in the browser.
And then optionally a small ssd for the system and main applications.
Here's something in this order, as far as the budget allows, and it will be possible to work comfortably at least in a modern browser, especially if you enable all gpu accelerations that will be supported.

It will be better, that's for sure! But GET OUT THE COMP! Such a dinosaur will not even be accepted in a landfill, no offense already. Assembly is too old. The upgrade is basically non-existent.

Firstly, put an SSD instead of an HDD, this will give more responsiveness than changing memory.
And secondly, to finish the memory up to 8 GB (up to 4 GB if XP).
