If a VPS with a powerful graphics card has a weak laptop, will games run faster if you run them on that VPS via SSH + VNC (remote desktop)?

Will they work faster in this case than if you run them directly on the laptop? After all, at first glance, we are transferring the load from the laptop to the VPS.
As for the data transmission channel, the Internet is, for example, quite fast, well, average or above average.
Sorry for stupidity, but I don’t rummage around in graphics and games, I didn’t do anything more complicated than a couple of cubes or teapots on OpenGL. I rummage in processors, I rummage on disks, I rummage even in soldering, I rummage in network matters (although I didn’t particularly affect the speed), but not in video cards.
Yes, and the brain is tired, the night is already.
One word is spinning: "fps", which, obviously, will not increase in any way.
But still...?

After five years of uninterrupted service, the OnLive Game Service comes to an end.
Sony has acquired important parts of OnLive. Due to the sale, all OnLive services were discontinued as of April 30, 2015.
As the first-ever game streaming service of its kind, everyone who has ever played a game using OnLive has contributed to the technology and its evolution in some way. We're immensely proud of what's been achieved and extend our heartfelt gratitude to you for being a part of the OnLive Game Service.
Thank you from all of us at -

such things won't take off yet - 50ms+ is too distinct lag for shooters, and 100ms+ for other types of games It's
cheaper to find a way to connect a video card to a laptop (if there is a powerful i7 processor) via pci-thunderbolt
But nothing will replace a workstation
