Mom's computer is dead. It is used only for VKontakte and Skype. I'm looking for a replacement.
Why monoblock: the main reason is a minimum of wires. Cat houses. It is planned that the Internet, keyboard and mouse will work over the air. Those. Ideally, there will be only one wire - power.
Why not a tablet: Skype calls are long. Need a chance to sit down and talk for an hour over a cup of tea. The tablet still needs to be charged, there is not a Windows, most likely a small screen.
Why not a laptop: the task of being mobile is not. Personal wish that there was not a laptop. Previously, they mainly talked about Claudia. But now there are models with a keyboard, incl. just a personal grudge.
Budget: up to 30k
The main requirement: PTZ camera. I looked at ten models. They have a camera of only 0.3 and are sewn into the case. This means that you will not be able to sit comfortably. And unlike a laptop, as I understand it, you can’t move a 20-24 inch screen especially.
Any ideas?
PS: the option with a TV (whistle + camera) or replacing the TV will not work.

And why don't those models with a camera use + buy a 720p camera? As far as I know, only Apple puts good built-in ones. As for the swivel, I didn’t even see designs for it to be included. But separately you can buy everything. For 1000 rubles you can even with 1080p. Skype will have the perfect picture.
