This is a lithium battery controller. Housing TSSOP-8. Try looking for such microcircuits in different catalogs and see which one is similar to yours in terms of operating parameters (battery type, voltage, current), pinout and strapping.
Maybe it's something from fortune's chips: FS8820, FS3332 or DW01MC ( http://www.ic-fortune.com/eng/new_product1_1.asp )
As far as I can see, the pinout is suitable: 1 and 2 pins - ground , 3 and 4 together, 6 and 7 also together.
