IDE HDD on Windows 10?
Kind. I connect the old IDE HDD to 3 GB through the converter, but the OS does not see it. How can I connect it and see its contents? When connected, there is a sound about connecting a new device, and that's it, no where it is visible.

It is bidirectional and there is a jumper there
yet, the old ide disks were not plug and play, you need to configure its primary (it was such that the disk was not detected if it was the only secondary on the line) and the parameters of its sectors with jumpers on the hard disk. in general, smoke specs to him
