Is everything so bad with the hard drive? The number of reassigned sectors is alarming, the number is not growing, it is still confusing that the state is Good.

I would recommend backing up your data anyway, STx000DM models are notorious for being unreliable and dying beyond recovery.
The state is Good because in all SMART fields the values are not below the threshold. Reallocated Sector Count is listed as 88%. What exactly Raw means, only the manufacturer knows. If this is really the number of reassigned sectors, then it is really a lot.

Everything is bad, yes. Smart good can even write on specific corpses.
You can see the parameters of current pending sectors even lower and immediately below it about unc sectors. I think you have a number there, too, will be different from zero.
