I would like to upgrade the hardware, but suddenly you need advice?

There is a laptop, it has two 2 GB RAM boards, the following is printed on them: 2GB 2Rx8PC3-10600S-9-10F0, how to find out the generation of the RAM and its frequency and connector (form factor)? I would like to buy two sticks of 4 gigabytes

Here you need to look at the specification of the laptop platform, if it is old, then it is quite possible that the motherboard may not support more than 4-8GB and 2 capacious strips will stupidly not start, so it’s better to ask the store for the opportunity to test

The only thing is to check the voltage. Maybe 1.5v or 1.35v. They are not compatible!!!

You take a regular laptop DDR3 RAM.
But it is better to make sure that the mother will support the frequency, if suddenly they are too high.
