Depending on the purpose of use, you can change both everything and nothing.

Change the RAM from 4 to 16. Better in 4-channel mode. If you decide to leave the RAM as well, then buy better 2 pieces so that it works in two-channel mode, that is, each 2 gigabytes. And so, in principle, everything is not even bad. Of course, if you have extra money, then you can put a more powerful video card.

Memory at least up to 8 GB to catch up. Think Intel.
Add what it will be used for. Judging by the video card - still play, but what?

Set goals and budget. If the PC is for home - definitely add memory to at least 8 gigs. Today, browsers quietly gobble up tens of gigabytes of memory. I also highly recommend spending money on a slightly higher quality and powerful PSU - with a video card costing 12k, I don’t think it’s such a big problem to add one or two thousand for high-quality power supply to the entire PC. For the power of the PC is one of the important factors for the long life of the PC and the main protection against low-quality electricity in the mains. In terms of power, I recommend taking a PSU of 650-750 watts - FSP, Corsair, EVGA, Thermaltake.
