    there is nothing for a witcher at maximum speed in such a budget) and modern hardware with the possibility of an adequate upgrade - no one will merge))
    to buy to play, you can consider the option of a console and a couple of games from their store)) the same Witcher and Sonya 4)) are not so beautiful, but quite playable.

Of course, it will work with such a video card, but at maximum settings it will average ~40FPS with large drawdowns of up to 25 and below.
For a witcher without drawdowns below 60fps, a video card for fullhd maximum settings with hairworks enabled requires at least a GTX 1070. Even 1066 is not good, and you get a 128-bit plug
