First you need to have Xcode, which is unfortunately only available on OS X.
Well, or I know cases when people put VirtualBox \ VMWare to make the system there.

Fuck, just like me 3.5 years ago! Don't learn it from scratch - it's very hard, I tell you for sure. Threshold of entry as on Everest. With your experience, half a year will pass until something sensible starts to turn out. Then try to find a job. If you are interested, then juniors are almost nowhere and no one needs them. Go to the job site and take a better look at what is really required and what is easier to start learning from scratch. Believe me, if your calling is to write mobile applications, then later on you will be able to master this business much easier. If not, then you will be doing something else no less interesting :)
