How to compile an application on ios in React Native, having a computer on Windows?
It is to compile, and not to show in the virtual machine.
I'm wondering how to display a specific file in order to upload it to the Apple PlayStor? Well, according to androyd, in fact, the same question is how to get the final file?

A Mac is required in order to build your app for iOS devices. Alternatively, you can refer to the Quick Start instructions to learn how to build your app using the Expo CLI, which will allow you to run your app using the Expo client app.

Placement in the AppStore only through MacOS.
The Play Market requires an apk file.
In general, placement in markets is a separate task, here is a good article . It's also about getting assembly files.

On windows - no way, just install a virtual machine, and xcode on it and then everything is simple: you build, specify your account in the store and upload it directly from the application, and on the site you confirm the exit from the test to production.
