What to do if the backup does not appear in applications?

I decided to root my OnePlus 9R phone and had to make a backup. Everything started well, a copy appeared on Google Drive with the name "OnePlus9R Phone Backup". I rooted everything and when I went to OnePlus Switch, I did not find my copy in the recovery partition, but it is still on Google drive. I tried going to Settings>Google>Restore, but my copy wasn't there either. Even whatsapp and viber can't see it. Help me please(

I just had to reset the phone to the factory settings and select "from the cloud" at the data import stage, but the messages in WhatsApp, Viber and Imo were not saved. And in the settings of these applications, my backup is still not shown.
