Is there a real alternative to SugarSync?

What I need from the cloud:
1. To synchronize any folder both on the desktop and on mobile devices (smartphone, tablet - Android). Because of this, Cubby disappears - on android, he shoves files so far that it's even scary. There is a standard Books folder - I want all my books to be there. And they all have to be in the cloud. By the way, SugarSync didn't know how to do this either, as far as I know, but at least it had an intelligible folder - SugarSync folders.
2. At least 5 GB for free. I don't need more yet.
3. Convenient file/folder management - every cloud storage should be able to do this by default

bittorrentsync. Not suitable for point 2, but everything else is perfect. There is no "cloud" server at all. Only point-to-point between your machines. But as much space as you want.

There is Wuala.com. It fits the description, though I don’t know what is in the mobile version.
