Law in IT

I scanned the IP in my city and came across an interesting FTP server with a clear violation of the laws. Can you send it somewhere?

There is a violation of copyright and related rights, it contains all kinds of cracks, keygens, broken software and OS, 1C databases related to some company, scans of passports and documents, seals (including the FEDERAL SERVICE FOR SUPERVISION IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION AND SCIENCE ) and scans with this seal (on issuing certificates). The server is public and the anonymous user has Read\Write permissions.

You don't have to send anything anywhere. You can ruin a person's life. Do you need it?
It is better to place it on the server so that the owner sets the correct rights.

If it doesn't bother you, then it's better not to. Not the case that will be dealt with fairly.

Look, no matter how you have to prove that the server is not yours. And then they did n’t burn down your dacha , didn’t throw the same vrhiva and didn’t leak it.

But you have a cannon at your very stigma - what if article 272 of the Criminal Code will be applied to you yourself for downloading this information that violates the law? :)

@AVKor

The main thing is not to forget to say in the statement that the server was stumbled upon by scanning the network, so that you yourself would be attracted for unauthorized access. That will be more correct.

It's not entirely clear what you want to hear from me by inviting me as an expert. I think I liked the answer above. But if a detailed answer is needed. that's not a problem. Let's start from the reality of life. Let's say this FTP is personal. And it belongs to one of the admins who serves your budget. He makes a copy of important information from work (backup) on it and his nishtyaks are lying there for testing what he considers necessary (imagine. Many cracks are kept for their study). And so you go and write a statement. Everyone in the city will know about it. I think that there is no need to explain about your future prospects for getting a job in any company. He will be invited to the debriefing and he will honestly tell that the way it is, as I said. And in the form that he has low qualifications ... he does not know how to do it differently. Pay attention to one detail. Scans of seals are often kept for substitution in electronic documents. And now this man comes out of the atta and goes with his friends to you. Can you clear this situevina? forward!!! Another thing there would be something more illegal.
note. with a probability of 99.99% this is a budget admin employed by an ass to gain a skill.
