I saw “something” on the panorama of Mars, I would like to understand what it is?

I saw this panorama of Mars, singled out this segment for myself

, and I have a question, what is it?
Most likely Curiosity did it himself, but I would like concrete evidence
Thanks in advance

The first hole drilled by the Curiosity rover is shown in the center of this photo in a rock named John Klein on February 8, 2013, or Sol 182. The photo was taken by the Curiosity Mars Hand Lens Imager (MAHLI). The hole from which the samples were collected has a diameter of 1.6 cm and a depth of 6.4 cm. The test hole nearby is the same diameter, with a depth of 2 cm. Credit: NASA/JPL-Caltech/MSSS.

@opium

you can see with the naked eye that it’s just two drilled holes
