What program to make a 3D model of the solar system for the project?

Hello, please tell me in which program you can make a 3D model of our solar system (it is planned to be fixed because the time is only until the new year). Below are the terms of the project.

12. "Information technologies"
Computer films and clips, animation, information systems, 3D-graphics.
3D models are presented as a 3D video clip, which must contain animation elements or a spatial plan (camera flight around the object) of the created 3D model or, in the case of a game model, a video clip (capture) of the game situation.

I understand that there are giants like Google that have these systems and even specific planets. I would like to make the main model of the solar system (that is, the planets, their satellites, the sun, as well as the trajectories of the planets), more detailed (that is, the sun will not be in real relation compared to the planets, but smaller, you can also see the satellites of the planets there ), as well as a detailed image of the planets (I think to take pictures from Google projects). It would be nice to combine the last 2 models into one (I took the 2nd model, scrolled or clicked on the planet and the 3rd model opened). I practically don’t know programming languages, while I’m learning java (therefore, it’s impossible to write on the unity engine). Is it possible to do this at all or have I gone too far. Thank you for your attention!

It's not entirely clear what is needed. Video or interactive planetarium? If you need a video, then you can take any 3d editor and make a model. If you need a planetarium, then it's more difficult. You can't do without programming. Java is very similar to C#, so you can try it on Unity.
