I overwrote it to a disk encrypted with TrueCrypt, how to recover data?

The situation is as follows: I mixed up the disk with a flash drive, burned the Windows image to it, at that moment the disk was mounted and it worked, after the system was restarted, TrueCrypt no longer mounts it, as if the disk was formatted, is it possible to delete the image without formatting and restore the information from the disk ?

The information is already corrupted. I don’t know the structure of the TrueCrypt container, but without a header, most likely, even part of the information cannot be decrypted.
If the disk is somehow connected by TrueCrypt, then you can try to make a sector-by-sector copy to a file and run a signature search with some program to recover deleted files. For example, R-Stadio can do this, but it costs money.

Hidden was before the usual? If so, then you can't restore it. If not, and the recording of the image did not affect TrueCrypt, then it is enough to cut a section from the TrueCrypt disk and feed it as a file
