How and how to set up autorun of an encrypted folder or partition when Windows starts?

Bottom line : There is a computer with Windows 10 and an SSD in drive "C". There are several Windows users with their own accounts. One user will need to install cloud services: Dropbox, Yandex.Disk, Google Drive, etc. The data of these services will have to be stored, for example, on the "D" drive. It is necessary to make this data inaccessible to other users of the computer, since everyone has access to the "D" drive.
Task : How to make encrypted folders or sections automatically start when Windows starts for a cloud user? You can even without a password so that cloud synchronization starts automatically with programs from autorun.
Software : TrueCrypt or BitLocker, which will allow you to do this?
Tell me please.

If the partition D: in NTFS is enough to encrypt the necessary folders from the user (folder properties / others / encrypt contents to protect data).
