Which encoder should I entrust my data to?

Due to recent events habrahabr.ru/post/224491 I am afraid to use TrueCrypt and BitLocker. How do you feel about this situation and do you think that in which case the special services will be able to decrypt your data?
If you are also afraid to use these encoders, what can you advise instead?

The TrueCrypt source code was recently subjected to an independent audit in order to identify bookmarks in it and evaluate the cryptographic strength of the implementation of the selected solutions.
And Bitlocker is a proprietary and closed source solution.
For me, the answer is obvious - it is impossible, knowing these facts, to choose Bitlocker.
Yes, TrueCrypt also supports deniable encryption .

there is a unique method of gaining access to your data, an iron, a soldering iron, fingers in the door, etc., are you going to suffer physically and get injured for your data? do not make me laugh . When encryption began to be used at work, it was said to the head of the Security Service and IT that in any attempt to obtain physical pressure on administrators, data would be given on how to gain access, despite the agreement on non-disclosure of information in the contract. It was said that the feat of sailors and we will not rush into the embrasure , a monument to us will not be put up with money for injury and we will not be paid for treatment. So it's all for peace of mind)
