I don’t understand why docker doesn’t pull containers?

I’ve been using docker for half a year now, I didn’t encounter this trouble before, I usually found the container I needed and pulled it without hesitation and didn’t strain, I want to pull the docker for Drupal and it doesn’t work, Google doesn’t really give anything, who faced such a disaster?
here is what the console outputs

Error response from daemon: Error parsing HTTP response: invalid character '<' looking for beginning of value: "<html><body><h1>408 Request Time-out</h1>\nYour browser didn't send a complete request in time.\n</body></html>\n\n"

Perhaps your version is outdated, which one are you using?
If you update, then you need to do it carefully.
