I connect via com to another 1C database. Where by request I receive the document "EmploymentList". All this business on guid is compared through the register. Document with details everything is fine. But I don’t understand the tabular part with employees how to get around and get guides. I don’t understand the very relationship between comObject-document and comObject (tab part).

In the same way as if you were working not with objects of the second base, but with objects of the native one. The only difference is that you need to remember that the data on that side is incompatible with each other here (even if the bases are identical and you need to assign an enumeration that is on both sides, you must first get it from the second base before assigning it).
