How do they become specialists in the field of 1C?

And how did you become a specialist or are you already on the way to it?
Now I am studying this platform (8.3) according to the book by Radchenko and the courses of Ilya Leontiev (already passed) and all topics go easily (Before, I watched Pavel Chistov and at the moment I am studying c # winforms, so programming is not difficult). At the moment, I can already build reports in the KFOR, also do them manually, make various types of queries, make changes to the reports. But the question arises, what to do after all this, what to study further? Which direction to go? Is it possible to find a job with such a store of knowledge?

I recommend:
1. Gilev's courses if you have enough time to calmly study everything.
2. Get a job in a franchise, if you need any money and an understanding of "what's what" in the profession. In my opinion, everyone is taken from the street, the main thing is to prove yourself and "burning" eyes.
To get a job, you have to show that you can do at least something. The minimum that will make you respect as a novice specialist:
- processing the loading of goods (price) from Excel to a standard trade database
- a report on the balance of goods in a typical trade
- a modified printable form for a buyer's order
All this is google, you can figure it out. You bring it on a flash drive, ask a couple of questions - if everything is ok, they will begin to train themselves and send them to the fields to clients. Well, then you will start to guess that it would be better to sit C # studied =) Joke =)

@Dementor

Your performance right now is already higher than that of most job seekers in franchising. If the franchise is not top-notch (a la Rarus), then you will be welcome there and in half a year you will get a strong base with practice.

@mindtester

och for a long time, casually looked at the interview for the vacancy "1C programmer" (did not linger, because my passions are C # and system / technological tasks)
.. but I clearly remember the only question - "can you make a document form? not necessarily now, you can at home, deadline a day or two will suit "...
not the fact that this is today's measure, but I think it's still indicative, things like:
- not a standard reference book (accounting register? (in "accounting" essno))
- not a standard document (including reports on movements )
- basic manipulations with them
.. will be guaranteed to be in demand in the middle sector, at the same time they will give an excellent increase in skill in general
ps but definitely,in the field of 1C, the main trump card is an understanding of the subject area of accounting and / or commodity accounting ... and the ability to increase this understanding with interest, and not through force;)) ... (the last one about me)
