2. Remake the Bitrix solution for UT for Retail, of course, it is already a bit non-standard, but it will be easier for a 1snik to figure it out than in his version.
3. Is there a ready-made solution for Retail?
I would be grateful for the exchange of experience and the real difficulties that I met.

It for the sake of an exchange to hold the whole configuration??? Which needs to be monitored, to solve the problems of exchange between UT and Retail. And if the remnants disperse, they will have to be leveled in both bases. This is definitely not an option. You make life easier for yourself and make it harder for everyone else.
Switching to UT from retail for the sake of exchange is just as stupid. UT is a large and complex system. If you do not have a full-time 1C programmer and 20+ employees working in 1C UT, it will only slow down the business than bring benefits.
It's a lot of work that won't pay off.
In retail, there is a typical exchange that works quite well. Leftovers are transferred. There is a two-way exchange of orders. And the nuances of transferring fields, which is in the exchange from Bitrix, which in a typical one will have to be finished somewhere.
In Retail there is a full-fledged accounting of goods. There are warehouses, stores, store formats. For an online store, retail is even better suited in my opinion. UT is wholesale.
In general, take a typical Retail exchange and run it, do not invent new problems for yourself.
