What is the .cdn file in 1s and where should it be?

Good afternoon, I started having problems with 1s when performing the "swipe" or "swipe and close" operation 1s crashes with the message "Error performing file operation, file 1cv82.cdn" (swears at the path to the database), I first sinned on permissions on the folder with the base, gave out everything possible for users, cleared the cache, deleted and started users and 1c, and nothing helps the windows server itself, the base lies locally on the server where accountants go via RDP? that is, on the same PC on which the platform is launched, the permissions to the folder with the database are full. I looked in the folder with the database and there are no .cdn files there either during the user's work or during the time when the database is idle. What the hell is this file, where should it be and should it? If not, then why does 1c refer to it?
