I destroyed 2 flash drives of 16 gb by installing WMvare esxi 5.5 on them?

Now they have 3MB of memory available. Is it possible to somehow fix them?

Yes. Format both in the "Disk Manager", if necessary - delete the extra partitions on them, if they are there.

And if it doesn’t see it through the disk manager, then you can try using the HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool utility.
