Krch, the problem is that after reinstalling windows, instead of intel control panel, I got intel graphics center (or something similar) and so in the first program I could stretch the screen resolution 4 by 3 to the whole screen, but in the second I can’t, and I don’t know where you can download it again (intel control panel), everyone says that in the Microsoft store, but recently I read about the termination of support for this application. Good evening. If you installed Windows 10, then why don't you just set the display settings to 1024 x 768.
Settings > System > Display > Screen resolution > 1024 x 768
