Dell U2414H or P2217H? Does it make sense to overpay?

I broke my monitor and the question arose of urgent purchase of a new one.
I settled on the two models indicated in the title.
It will not be used for working with professional graphics.
Question #1: Does it make sense to pay a little more for the U2414H model? Or, besides the appearance (narrow frames), is it not particularly different? Cunning marketers in the description of this model mentioned "96% sRGB color gamut", which made us think about the possible choice of a more expensive option.
Question #2: Are there any other options that are better than the selected ones?

The size is different. 21.5" vs 23.8". I believe that with a larger diagonal it will be better
for myself, I chose U2515 , it came by mail normally
