I can’t install any operating system and enter the boot settings of the laptop, have you encountered it?
After a series of reinstallations of the win10 -> ubuntu -> ... -> win10 -> ubuntu system, as well as experimenting with legacy / secure boot settings, several problems arose.
Firstly, now it is impossible to get into the boot settings when loading the laptop (I press the button that I need, the keyboard works).
Secondly, despite the fact that usb was always higher than hdd, it is not possible to boot from the flash drive (the flash drive is written correctly, bootable, everything is as it should be).
There was a need to install win10, and naturally, due to the problems mentioned above, this could not be done (I tried using grub and set root = (hd1) to boot from a USB flash drive - it gave an operation system not found error, on other devices everything loaded normally from this USB flash drive, I repeat , the problem is not in it and in general it happened on any flash drive).
I made a rash decision to boot in a similar way (via set root) from the live-sd ubuntu flash drive and through gparted to demolish all sections of the screw (I thought that then the flash drive with Windows would definitely boot), but after that the flash drive never booted, and when the computer was turned on, grub rescue began to run (data from the hornbeam remained in the MBR). Obviously, there is nothing to rescu-it, and something is needed that will rehabilitate the problem.
Has anyone experienced similar behavior in Bios? How to enter the settings if it does not let you? We combed both the Linux forums and the forums of the laptop manufacturer (dell), nowhere such problems were noticed.
As I understand it, from the remaining options - to disassemble the laptop and try to reset the BIOS or pull out the battery?

As I understand it, from the remaining options - to disassemble the laptop and try to reset the BIOS or pull out the battery?Exactly. Actually, you have no other option to deal with the BIOS. Well, unless you try to reflash, but this also requires entering the BIOS.
If the hard drive is removed, then it lets you into the UEFI settings, is it loaded from the USB flash drive?
