I can't create a task in the task scheduler using GPO, what can I do?

Such a situation, I want to create a task to open a .bat file in the task scheduler, through gpo. In computer configurations>preference>control panel setting>scheduled tasks I create a new task, apply the policy to the OU iiiiii... After updating the policy on the local computer, the task is not created, or rather not visible. What can be done?
