I myself suffer with this plug every time :) In general, this adapter can be finished a little so that there is no crap with it, in Google the article was lying around with instructions and pictures, there you need to make a jumper and cut the track if I'm not mistaken. In general, it is done this way, as soon as you clicked to transfer the code to the duina, poke the reset button on the firmware, then wait 5-7 seconds and press reset again and wait another 5-7 seconds and press the last time, if it didn’t load, repeat again, but change the time you are waiting for, I got used to it almost every time it loads :)
