I can’t access the web face via ip on mikrotik, while everything works perfectly through winbox. Model - mikrotik hap lite, firmware 6.47.7. All devices (computer and router) are on the same subnet. The ping works fine.

If you mean the web muzzle of the microt itself, then everything is not simple, but very simple:
IP -> Services, select the www service in the window that opens, change the port, if necessary, set the ip / mask for the range from which the connection will be allowed (for example .192.168.0.0/16 or 192.168.1.1), enable the service with a tick. I strongly do not recommend to open outside.
